So why all the breakfast hype? Most of the studies supporting that breakfast eaters are healthier and manage weight better were funded by Kellogg and other breakfast food companies -- need I say more? The bottom line is it depends on whether or eating or skipping breakfast works for you to meet your health and wellness goals.
For many of us it doesn't matter, but there are some good reasons to consider including breakfast that include:
